Waste Mgmt Wastes Few Words

The other day I received a card in the mail. It was from Waste Management, “a leading provider of comprehensive trash and waste removal, recycling, and environmentally safe waste management.”

The card’s design was clever – opening the “lid” of one of their cans…but it was the message that caught my eye. I was taken by the reality of the statement and the fact WM knows exactly their place in consumers’ lives…pretty low priority.

Just the same the card is effective at positioning WM as obsessive about their lot in life. I respect that.
