comScore Media Metrix puts out invaluable research for anyone interested in or motivated by consumer trends in the online, digital or mobile worlds. Which, most likely, is anyone with a brand, an ad budget or an idea/product/service ready for launch.

Traded on NASDAQ: (SCOR) comScore “measures the digital world to help its clients better understand, leverage and profit from the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape.”

I find their white papers fascinating. Two recent publications, “2010 US Digital Year in Review” and “2010 US Mobile Year in Review” are must reads for marketers and brand managers.

I especially appreciate the projections comScore makes based upon their research. For example, from the “Digital” review:
